The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the important sightseeing spots in the city centre. We were able to walk to many places and easily use public transportation to reach more distant attractions. The hotel's cleanliness was great, with both our room and the entire hotel being super clean. the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even left a welcome note and a delicious cheesecake for us in our room. The breakfast served at the hotel was very good, with tasty options.

The hotel is located right next to the Christmas Markets, making it a perfect spot to explore the festive atmosphere. It is also in the heart of Budapest, close to all the main attractions and sights to be seen. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with soft carpets and fluffy towels. the climate control system ensures a pleasant stay regardless of the weather outside.
Some guests mentioned that the breakfast area seemed understaffed, resulting in slow service and lack of refill for basic items.
